Senior Manager of Sales & Marketing
Work Location: (Real Estate & Property) Surabaya, Gresik
Syarat Loker Terbaru Surabaya,Gresik Februari 2013 :
Male/Female, max 45 years old
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in in Marketing / Economic/ Real Estate Management/ Architecture or related disciplines
Min. 10 years working experience in Real Estate & Property industry with at least 2 years in a Senior Manager position as Senior Manager Sales & Marketing, consultant,or Bussines Development working exposure in the REAL ESTATE & PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT INDUSTRY especially in landed house project and ruko in East Java especially Surabaya
understand the process of selling properties ranging from the preparation of the product, pricing, sales force estimation
Have a vast network with property agent, brokerage agent,Investor Community and Bank (for KPR)
Able to develop and execute sales and marketing plan
A well organized and self-directed individual who is a team player
Excellent Negotiation skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills with strong analytical ability
An energetic, forward-thinking, pro-active and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image
High integrity with effective leadership qualities with teamwork skills
Target Oriented
Well verse with sales-Account track record in property development and construction industry;
Fluent in both oral and written English is a must.
