We are reinforcing our Logistics Dept and we are looking the following position :

WAREHOUSE SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Arranging all processes and functions.
Coordinating storing and handling with the highest possible standards for quality and safety.
Ensure stock accuracy.
Analyze slow movers.
Responsible for the warehouse security.
Manage space effectively.
Ensuring compliance with all EHS regulations.
Support to SCM for analysis and KPI reporting in each area of responsibility, provide recommendations and actions plans for continuous improvements.
Maintaining accurate administrative records and reports, also arranging all of warehousing documents.
Updating administration records and reports to SCM.
Making sure that all goods receipts and deliveries are carried out in time.
Working with loaders & checkers to maximize service level.
Synergy with other parts/sections to reach the company and department targets by maintain accountable good relationships and sharing value to transporters and customers.

REQUIREMENTS :
Male, 30 - 35 years old
Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic, Industrial Engineering, Economic or equivalent.
Min 3 years experience in the same field / position
Detail , good planner and good communication
Good command of English (oral & written) & MS. Office
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinators specializing in Warehousing or equivalent
Willing to work in Gresik, East Java
Knowledge of the related SAP function
