Field Engineer (JS FE) Jakarta

Requirements: 

• Maximum age 26 years old 

• Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering 

• Minimum GPA 2,75 (scale 4) 

• Fresh graduated are welcome to apply 

• Having good analytical & communication skill 

• Well proven in English communication 

• Willing to travel frequently 

Foreman (JS : FOR) 

Bekasi (Jawa Barat), Karawang (Jawa Barat) 

Requirements: 

• Maximum age 24 years old 

• Diploma Degree from reputable university majoring in mechanical / automotive engineering • Minimum GPA 2,75 (scale 4) 

• Fresh graduated are welcome to apply 

• Having experience in related position will be an advantaged

• Willing to be placed in plant / factory (Bekasi & Karawang)

Requirements:

• Minimum GPA 2,75 (scale 4) 

• Having experience in services, payroll, recruitment, & hr admin will be an advantaged 

• Having good communication skill, careful, persistance 

HR Internship (JS : HR Intern) Jakarta

Requirements: 

• Bachelor / Master Degree from reputable university majoring in Psychology (fresh graduate & university student in last semester are welcome to apply).

• Preaferably familiar with Autocad, 3D, CAD software unigraphic NX 7.5, finite elemen software, technical drawing, sketch, understanding manufacturing technology (metal forming, plastic molding, rapid prototyping, stamping part, rubber part), modeling and prototyping 

HR Supervisor (JS : HR) Jakarta 

Requirements: 

• Maximum age 26 years old 

• Bachelor / Master Degree from reputable university majoring in Psychology 

• Minimum GPA 2,75 (scale 4) 

• Familiar to recruiting and Psychological testing for the candidates and interview, able to conduct psychological tests. 

• Familiar with organization development area, job evaluation, man power planning, industrial relation, training & development, and performance management.
